I have worked with many patent attorneys over the last 20 years but working with Kathryn was something different.  First of all, she is one of the most honest people that I have ever met.  Second of all, it’s clear that she loves what she does.  You can hear it in her voice.  This was her calling.  Not only did she help me get patent pending, but she really understood the big picture of what I was trying to do to help people with my invention.  She makes you feel like family and you know you have a true friend in Kathryn. 

Kathryn showed me the ropes of navigating the patent procedure with grace and kindness.  I probably called her a few times a day that first week, asking her question after question because I suffer from ADHD and need things repeated to me, but she never made me feel like I was bothering her and always made me feel welcome to call her. She is so kind and really cares about people and helping them with their ideas. Kathryn's my hero!

I would not be making money from my product if it wasn’t for Kathryn.  Her company was the third that I called and it’s no lie that third’s the charm.  The other companies I called were priced too high for me and I was about to give up. Kathryn worked with me.  She wanted to make sure that money wasn’t an obstacle that stood in my way.  Now I’m making money because of her kind and giving heart.  I owe all my success to Miss Kathryn.

Kathryn has a gift for being able to simplify complex legal terms into easily understandable words.  She ensured that I was at ease and well informed throughout the entire process. She is so unique in that her passion, honesty and care for her clients are traits not found easily these days.  I always felt that she had my back and would fight hard to get my invention the best protection possible.

As someone who has served in the military for years and decided to seek a patent for my idea I was a bit nervous about how it would be perceived but Kathryn's approach put me at ease right from the start with her respect and empathy towards my situation.
